Orders
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Our dedicated team immediately processes an order once it has been placed. As a result, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
How do I track my package (Domestic)?
All US orders are through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. A link will be attached to the email to track your package and monitor progress upon delivery. Please note that some items may arrive in multiple packages.
How do I track my package (Internationally)?
I received my order; however, my item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. What should I do?

Our policy lasts 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, altered, or washed. It must also be in the original packaging. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be defective, lost (shipment), or an incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model. Why was my order canceled? What happened?
Orders are only canceled if an item is out of stock, or we were unable to verify your billing information. You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information explaining why your order was canceled.
Shipping
How long do I have to wait for shipping to process?
Fulfillment begins the moment you place an order with us. This process usually takes 2-4 days, and shipping is generally 5-9 business days.
Will I receive notifications when my package has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order has been shipped along with tracking information.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, altered, or washed. It must also be in the original packaging. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be defective, lost (shipment), or an incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model.
