The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order, and delivered within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed. Once your order is shipped , you will receive confirmation email with tracking information.
Our policy lasts 7 days upon the delivery of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Joy Audrey will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, altered, or washed. It must also be in the original packaging. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be defective, lost (shipment) or an incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model.
PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS WITH MAKEUP, DEODORANT, OR ANY OTHER STAIN ON YOUR PURCHASED ITEM AND/ OR ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Joy Audrey’s part.
- To complete your return, Please submit your return & exchange request via email at email@example.com. Please include your order number, and the reason for your return.
- Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow Joy Audrey 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or return is denied.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item that appears worn, stained or not in original packaging. Please note, the merchandise will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow between 7-14 business days from the time your return is received for processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue a pre-paid label for return. Once the item purchased is returned, we will replace with exchange for the same item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
